About Us
DELUQ NUMERICS, S.L. is a turning and machining company located in Torrelles de Llobregat (Barcelona) founded in 2000.
Our machinery park consists of 31 CNC lathes with two heads and two turrets with motorized tools and equipped with bar loaders, so that we can make fully finished parts competitively with high quality levels from diameter 3 to diameter 65. This wide range of technologically advanced machines allows us to achieve high standards of flexibility, competitiveness and quality.
We usually make medium series or series of bushings, pieces with large nuts, axles, guides, counterfemales, and all types of disgorgement pieces in steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, delrin and any other type of material.
We are able to carry out all types of subsequent treatments such as tempering, zinc plating, blueing, grinding… since we have a proven team of external collaborators specialized in these tasks.
In our workshops we have the necessary control elements to ensure the quality of our products such as digital roughness meter, profile projectors, durometers and the usual metrology elements of any turning workshop.
Certifications
Our dedication to quality and continuous improvement has led us to adopt the IATF standard (USI: YEY24Y), reflecting our commitment to specific standards of excellence in the automotive sector.
In September 2020, we achieved certification under the UNE-EN ISO 14001 standard, certification number 1941/20, ensuring our focus on sustainability and environmental care.
